Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Canada, and Client consents to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that Client may assert claims in small claims court if claims qualify.

Client agrees that any claim or cause of action arising from or related to Services must be filed within ONE (1) YEAR after the claim arose; otherwise, such claim or cause of action is permanently barred.

19. WAIVER
